Our recent raise and build under project in Enoggera has been approved by Brisbane City Council.

The site sits in the Character residential zone, which meant careful alignment with the Dwelling house code and relevant character provisions. We worked through the planning framework upfront to make sure the proposal respected the existing streetscape and retained the traditional building character.

The result speaks for itself. Approval issued with no information request and within the statutory timeframes.
