1. Building Design and Plans
Smart, buildable designs tailored to your vision and your site. We coordinate your building designs from start fo finish, collaborating with you to ensure your plans are modern, practical and as cost effective as possible. We deliver a full set of concept plans and working drawings ready for your builder to start constructing from straight away.
2. Site and Boundary Survey Coordination
We work closely with a fully endorsed team of site and boundary surveyors to ensure that they can deliver all of your pre-design detail & contour survey needs along with any required boundary and setout surveys required prior to your construction. We coordinate the quote, survey field work report and everything in between for you so you don’t need to chase surveyors directly or worry about what type of survey to book in.
3. Town Planning
Obviously our bread and butter – our team of town planners specialise in tricky approvals—from character overlays to small lot codes and subdivisions. We know what your local Council wants—and how to get you approved and through to the next stage. If we can avoid town planning we will, however if its required, don’t stress, we’ve got your back the whole way.
4. Certification
The last piece of the puzzle is to get your project certified so that you can move towards the build part of your project. We liaise with experienced private certifiers to get your documentation finalised and signed off as soon as possible.
